This Privacy Policy explains what information Nicely Media LLC (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit profitmapsai.com or use ProfitMaps AI, why we collect it, and what choices you have.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us. Your name and email address when you purchase, opt in, register for a webinar, or contact support.
  • Purchase information. Orders are processed by JVZoo, our retailer. Payment card details are handled by JVZoo and its payment processors — we never see or store your full card number.
  • Account and branding details. The company name, logo and settings you add to your account, which appear on your reports, share links and websites.
  • Information collected automatically. IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring page. See our Cookie Policy.
  • Content you create. The businesses, keywords, scans, reports, action plans, posts, articles and websites you create inside the software.
  • Your data key. If you connect your own account with the map-data provider, we store its key securely so your scans can run on that account. You can remove it at any time.

How we use it

  • To deliver your purchase and give you access to the product.
  • To run the scans, reports, websites and other features you ask for.
  • To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
  • To send product updates, and marketing email you can unsubscribe from at any time.
  • To operate, secure and improve the website and software.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as far as they need it:

  • JVZoo — order processing, payment and refunds.
  • Map-data provider — the search term, business and map points needed to run each scan.
  • AI providers — the business details and instructions needed to write action plans, posts, articles and website copy.
  • Email and hosting providers — delivering messages and running the service, including the websites and share links you publish.
  • Analytics providers — understanding how the site is used.
  • Authorities — where required by law.

Business information in scans

Scans, competitor views and Business Finder show publicly available business listing information — such as business names, addresses, categories, ratings and public contact details — drawn from third-party map data. If you use that information to contact a business, you are responsible for doing so lawfully, as set out in our Terms of Service.

Leads and data you collect

Websites you build with ProfitMaps AI can capture leads, such as a visitor’s name, phone number, email address and message. If you capture, import or collect personal data using the software, that data belongs to you (or to your client) and you are responsible for it. That includes having a lawful basis to collect it and to contact those people, publishing a privacy notice on the websites you run, and complying with the privacy and anti-spam laws that apply to you. We store and process that data on your behalf only to provide the service.

Shared reports

When you create a share link for a report, anyone with the link can view that report until the link expires or you revoke it. Only send links to people you intend to see them.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and purchase records for as long as your account is active and for as long afterwards as we need to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your data at any time using the contact details below.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact our support team. You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message we send.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This website and product are not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

International transfers

We and our service providers may process your information in countries other than your own. Where that happens, we take steps to ensure your information continues to be protected.

Changes
